Tri-May Precision Limited - Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your precision products efficiently and in compliance with all legal requirements. Here's how we handle shipping and sales:

Order Processing:

  • We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom/special orders.

Typical Shipping Time:

  • The majority of parts orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Extended Shipping Time:

  • Some items or parts may take longer, potentially 5-7 business days, to ship.

Special Orders/Backorders:

  • If a part is a special order or backordered by the manufacturer, it could take up to 10 business days to arrive with us before shipping.

Firearms Shipping (Strict Legal Requirements):

  • Licenced Firearms Dealer Only: We ship firearms exclusively to Licenced Firearms Dealers.
  • Customer Responsibility: You must arrange delivery with a Licenced Firearms Dealer and confirm their acceptance before placing your order.
  • Ensure the dealer can receive the package and that you possess all necessary paperwork required by your local legal authority and New Zealand law.

Items with Serial Numbers/Legal Requirements:

  • Important Legal Notice: Items with allocated serial numbers [or other legally restricted items, please verify required paperwork with your local legal authority] will not be released for shipment until all New Zealand and/or overseas legal paperwork is completed and received at support@trimayprecision.com.

  • Upon receipt of compliant paperwork, we will issue a freight-only invoice.
  • Your item ships upon full payment of the freight invoice.
  • You will receive tracking information.
  • You are solely responsible for insuring these items against loss or damage during shipping.

Face-to-Face Sales (New Zealand Only):

  • Face-to-face sales are available within New Zealand for persons known to the Director.
  • All face-to-face sales must comply with all legal requirements and identification verification as required by local law.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately from checkout and are based on order weight and destination, excluding items requiring legal paperwork (as noted above).These costs are specific to your order.
  • International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.
  • Track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
  • We will notify you of any restrictions.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure your shipping address provided is accurate.
